The Simple and Inexpensive Ways to Have Great Skin

Twice daily do facial exercises for bouncier smoother skin.

Face Yoga

The Greater Smile :
1} Drop the jaw as low as it can go with your mouth fully open, hold for 3 seconds.
Lift jaw into a grimace stretching as far as it can go. Hold for 3 seconds. Do this 15 times a day to begin with, working up to 30 with time.

Little Eyelift
2} Lift eyelids with your two forefingers and hold. Slowly close your eyes with the fingers still. This is an easy and effective exercise. Start on 20 at a time.

Ironout Mouth Wrinkles
3} Take your tongue  in a circle around the outside of the teeth 15 times in each direction to begin with. Increase with practice.

Cheeklift
4) Blow your cheeks out hold for 10 secongs, slowly let air out. Now suck in and hold for 10 seconds and release. Repeat for 10 times twice a day progressing to thirty if you can.

These are particularly beneficial for your skin and it,s elasticity. Also they can be completed while watching TV, Youtube or even while completing chores. Build the habit and you,ll never lookback.

Sudocrem is a great all rounder as it disinfects and moisturises. Great for spots and combination skin. Put on a clean face under a serum.

Before stepping into cold, windy weather or swimming always have a barrier cream, such as Vaseline . This will protect under and over your eyes, your neck and the sensitive skin around the face.
Put the barrier cream over eyegel or cream, if you are using one.

Always remove makeup at the end of the day. The less makeup you wear for the least time, the better condition your natural skin will be.

For me an inexpensive product like the Simple range is ideal. Many more expensive creams have harmful products which boost the skin temporarily but can create long term damage.

There is no substitute for keeping  to your twice a day routine. Even the big 500ml jars of moisturiser from Savers and Poundland using twice daily over serum, is better than randomly using an expensive product. Serums can also be inexpensive. A serum from Aldi used twice daily with the exercises is 100% improvement on none.

I recommend cleansing, a toner and a serum at night. Before moisturising with a thick moisturiser.
Remember the skin cannot tell the time. Many expensive products are just hyped up for marketing purposes. As long as you are taking care of your skin when you wake and before you go to sleep, that will be more effective than spending excessive amounts on a product.

Keep your routines, do your exercises daily, and see the difference in a couple of weeks.

Once weekly exfoliate face and neck with hot water and a scrub. Again the Apri range know their stuff and are inexpensive. Remember important the scrub is done weekly, not which scrub. After the scrub get a flannel in hot water or the corner of the towel to remove all traces of the scrub. Then rinse your flannel in cold water and apply to your face like an all over cold compress. This is to close the pores, before applying Sudocrem in the T zone. This is to prevent blackheads and extra greasy complexion. Apply serum, moisturiser and an eye gel. Simple eye gel will suit all kinds of skin.
